Project Description: Performed wet tapping on chilled water 12’’ supply and return risers, using 4’’ copper tubing, ball valves and balancing valves. Leaving lines ready for equipment connection.
As part of the HVAC system 2 ½’’ copper tubing, a heat ex-changer, two pumps, expansion tank and corresponding valves and gauges were installed as well in the designated commercial space mechanical room. It also included some demolition of existing electrical conduit, metal doors, concrete slab in fills, installation of metal doors and hardware as well as new wiring for light fixtures.
